Woody just for clarity.....TMT has to get over 75% of the vote for a successful merger.....meaning 26% showing intention to vote yes is already wiped out by the +9% who have stated they will vote no......posters who condescendingly demean those who don't like the value proposition don't get it.....it is there prerogative with their hard earned on the line.....to suggest that funds are in a superior position to pass judgement is also condescending ....the majority of their money is other peoples money....not as much at stake!.....a merger is logical in the long run and stakeholders have the right to make up their own mind if the current deal is fair or not, free from interference
