Ann: Transaction Update, page-68

I've kept pretty silent through all this but between myself and 3 others I know we hold just over 1 million shares. We haven't registered anything but are leaning towards voting no.

The last time we got information on holders it was something like 90% of the company is owned by 100 investors.

To already have 10% saying no is actually quite a lot.

I'm not against TMT being taken over or "merging" with AVL but I don't want AVL shares and I want TMT correctly valued.
