Could the people who intend to vote yes not also change their mind? Not to mention 9% beats 25% under the ASX rules because 9/(9+25)=26%.
If you think it's not binding, say so and leave it at that. Don't attempt to shame/embarrass people by saying all letters were the same and contained "a number of errors". People have busy lives and are simultaneously working full time while trying not to get bent over by people who do this for a living.
How about having some respect for the people that have backed you right up until now? People you're meant to act in the interest of?
And we are doing you a favour anyway. Stopping you from unnecessarily taking this all the way to a vote which will waste time and look bad.
If the share price wasn't so low (largely thanks to management) I'd probably be selling now. I've seen what happens when shareholders start being treated like this.
