Before jumping to any trustful conclusions there, I would like confirmation your figures on TMT are correct according to the Independent Technical Review - which is the last official update on costs and more (so far unsighted by retail shareholders).

And I think it’s also essential to have a grasp on what other factors were considered by the two boards, their lawyers and presumably RCF tin developing the the merger proposal.

Any conclusions before more information is revealed - including new estimates on ratios - seem to me to be more “half-baked” than definitive.
