these are the steps coe should have taken - if they were patient, they would have got at least 40% or possibly close to 50%
with approx 60 million in cash cooper should have bought 20% on market and then go for acceptances but this was never going to happen with tight ass scott and hanc ock at the helm talking about fairies and what not.
