doesn't hurt us IMO. the article is worded their best case scenario. 5 years is still where they max out as far as I know. anti calcification resistance for 5yrs is very different wording from "zero" calcification for over 10yrs.
ours could legitimately last 15-20years.
I've done extensive research on valves being developed around the world. my humble opinion is I have zero concerns about any current competition or developing valves. we're a long way in front of the science IMO.
