Not sure why you have felt the need to post information that has been public for months/years
Alcoa have funded this because they are an end user of the product and there are issues with domestic gas supply in WA
Maybe you should check up on the gas deal that AWAC have done recently with private equity that involves a large up front payment.....that tells you how concerned they are about gas supply
they are not operators of the project even though they own the majority because they have no expertise in oil and gas
it is not their modus operandi
as soon as this is proved commercial, the field will more than likely in my opinion be sold to an established operator with the balance sheet and expertise to develop it
Alcoa want the off take, they don't want to be an oil and gas operator.....
