Sad to say that in the last 6 months the communication levels...

Sad to say that in the last 6 months the communication levels from thus Company has dropped to very low and poor level. First we had the cyber security breach announcement with no follow up. Now they dispose of 10%(revenue) part of the company without any context of strategy or business plan. I thought the Board and Management was smarter and at minimum they would explain their decisions - a fundamental principle of good practice management.. This is business 101 level stuff and they seem rather ignorant about it.

I have every confidence SHM will recover the lost ground in coming months, but they do need to recruit someone with some communication skills who can develop and implement a communication strategy & plan.
