This event has caused me to re-evaluate my investment in SHM. What concerns me is;
- There is a lack of candor about information distributed to share owners
- The implications and measures that may ameliorate the concerns of share owners is not being communicated.
- I do not believe the board of Directors is operating at a satisfactory level of performance. There are too many fee collecting tick and flick Directors, with an unsatisfactory level of personal financial commitment and this does not alignment to the aspirations share owners.Only the CEO owns shares.
- IMHO all of these issues are causing unnecessary downwards pressure on the share price.
This event has caused me to re-evaluate my investment in SHM....
