Possible that they only just received notice and are obliged to report it to market as soon as it's known - without having an appropriate opportunity to form a stronger response or strategic review. Hopefully more information will be forthcoming.
Saying that, not filled with hope after the cybersecurity incident and poor subsequent reporting to market after that
