Some may be shying away by the shadows?, yes the communication could be improved, they've indicated BLANCO is not critical - if so, & they are shoring up the back end, there EOY report may just be what we want to see.!?
How many businesses might do better with effective communicators? It's not just the product, it's how good you communicate to buyers, they are the initial gate keepers, the the end users need to accept what's offered. Be interesting what SHM come up with to fill the gap BLANCO may leave!
