Certainly an interesting twist.
Also remember that Mercuria is a major shareholder too. So it would seem the major stakeholders have come together to sort out the debt/equity structure and simplify each side of the ledger - possibly paving the way for external (read: Government) support or a debt for equity swap.
Looks like a bigger holder has hit the exit over the past two days. Others coming in to pick up the slack.
