Looking at 2nd Completion:
A) is EGM
B) is Transfer of asset ---- which is done now.
C) is due diligence ---- may be the prelim JORC would signal it's completion of due diligence?
The JORC completion has a $1M milestone payment attached to Cerium. So hopefully we see the JORC preliminary soon.
And in saying that, it'll probably run on the preliim, and be subdued with the completed report.
Very hard to catch a moving train, though I do like to hear stories of buying accidentally at the bottom makes for good banter.
