I'm in the process now of xfering with OpenMarkets.
1. Open an account in OpenTrader 2. Fill in the Broker to Broker form for OpenMarket 3. Email it off to them with Proof of ID (I sent my drivers licence) 4. They will work with Opentrader and OpenTrader will work with your current broker to get the shares transferred for you. I started with my current broker and they told me to work with the new broker.
I'm up to point 3. I also opened a ticket at the beginning with OpenTrader (to work this all out) and they have been handholding me.
