I am pretty pissed that there is no SPP. There is no justifiable reason for this. SOR had one, WBT is having one, just to name a couple in names I hold.
This is particularly galling because directors themselves are participating.
There will be a shareholder meeting in January to vote on Tranche 2 of the placement. I suggest emailing CEO Dr Chris Gilchrist [email protected] and letting him know your intention to vote against the placement until a Shareholder Participation Plan (SPP) is included in the resolution.
If enough of us do this, it will make a difference.
