Wow, existing shareholders are certainly getting diluted by the transaction - ignoring the new funds raised portion, post consolidation/settlement existing DCX shareholders will have 33 million shares whilst Latitude 66 owners will receive 125 million DCX shares as consideration for their assets. So existing DCX holders will only own 21% of the enlarged company whilst Latitude 66 vendors will own 79% of the enlarged company
