Yes, but Delroy is not receiving cash for his share of Latitude, he is receiving shares in the enlarged DCX, so he hasn't actually sold his equity in Latitude's assets. He will only get rid of his exposure to Latitude's assets if he sells his DCX shares (which of course he may look to do in due course, who knows).
