Toby Wellman and Heath Hellewell of Discovex board would be getting a smaller share of corruption as performance rights.
Toby´s 2 750 000 would be 550 000 AUD if the value of share would be 0.2 AUD.
The smaller share shows that they have been bought relatively cheap in the deal and easy to fool.
