Li-FT Power acquired another 11.06km2 tenements in January, 2023 adjoining their recent acquisitions. Have a big amount of water.
Purchase price equates to CAD $4.3M = AUD $4.82M for 100%. For a tenement of 25km2 similar to LLI acquisition = AUD $10.95M.
LLI acquisition price is AUD $12.475M equivalent for 100% so they are very close. Appears to be fair value for LLI acquisition.
