The lithium price collapsed in 2018 so project became a low priority. Area is remote compared to James Bay.
Yellowknife area is very fertile for lithium & is similar to WA for processing. Will be easy for Adam & Ken to develop.
The intercepts are not going to be very thick. Similar to CY5 Pontax/Stria project & many other projects. Will take fair bit of drilling for 20Mt JORC when compared to say Corvette or Adina. High probability of being developed in future as NWT government & locals appear to be pro-mining as well as Adam/Ken's prior experience. 30% of their GDP is from mining.
The thickest intercept in the area is 34.3m @ 1.24% Li2O at Dixie Gold's Big Bird lithium pegmatite at Phoenix project. Project is approx. 70km southeast of Diavik diamond mine.
