The project had a circa 40% margin in 2022 selling rough stones alone, with sales value that seems to be trending upwards - see page 11/13.
It could eaisly be prusumed that one of the first things they do is priotise the best stones to the cutting facility that will eaisly increase margin and substantate the verticllly integrated business model.
