Very rough and simple calcs for dilution etc based on a 30c raise price for AUD$231m is 770m shares issued. All numbers based on figures reported in ann (I think anyway, hope I didn't get anything wrong).
Including all outstanding shares (options as well) means total SOI of about 1.14b. Given EBITDA of US$200m (AUD$300m) shares would trade at 5 times EBITDA?? Hence market cap around $1.5b.
At 1.14b soi that gives a sp of around $1.3
But if the raise price is lower or maybe (?) higher, then obviously changes a fair bit. We wait for more details
