I have rarely seen a capital raising that has not been at a discount to the current price so very interesting to see what the cap raise price will be (though it has happened when an existing or new shareholder takes a large stake at a premium). Maybe one party will subscribe for a large percentage which might cause the demand/supply ratio tilt towards the former and hence a premium.
