@cannonman is correct with that it's more of an ipo than a cap raise given the circumstances. the only thing I'm interested to see is the guarantee side for the investor/investors. I see it being 2 maybe 3 coming in and taking the chunk. but at what guarantee I don't know (at choice of sale) either way it's a good position as a current shareholder.
