Transformational alright - i wish sometimes a company would actually work in the best interest of the shareholder. For SFR this would have been steady capital management (buybacks) and pouncing on value accretive deals close to home.
Instead, they have bought at so far the top and exposed themselves to huge copper price risk and debt to boot. It won't be the end of SFR but if we move to $3 copper in the short term, things will become very difficult.
