Because of the grades, I suspect they are two completely different types of mine. SFR's being U/G high grade VMS mineralisation. S32's Open pit, probably a porpyhry. To make the comparison one would have to work out free cash flow EBIT and multiples of them. SFR's Matasa was, say market cap on EBIT 4-5 which was attractive as I think next years my be 3 to 4. S32 are no slouches and the market liked it so I would suppose it would be similar or better. Also, SFR was smaller so the purchase had much more punch and debt.
