I'll take that. Fast pay back on an operating mine and a 60+% return on the dollar, plus any further returns based on exploration finds guaranteeing future return in the EU which will have high demand for copper as we approach a greener future. This is a more guaranteed and defined acquisition than MOD but will bring a level of assurance to the business over the next 10 years.
Still have yet to do research on MATSA / Minas De Aguas Tenidas (Spain), but I like this, I like it a lot.
