Sure will be an interesting few days to see how the market digest the deal. Pros and cons with the deal. .08c is a bargain however IMO i am more comfortable with a large holding sitting with an individual as opposed to a cap raising which diluted the share register. Hopefully he hold his chips long term. A quick google search indicates he is very well connected an has the capabilities to potentially open the right doors in China.
IMO EVS has suffered from its relatively small cap value, scale and increased cap size will get EVS across more investors desks.
