PET are an income-gnerating entity with larger ongoing revenues priced into their market cap. EVS are still in early growth phase seeking out contracts. The situation may slow the growth of their new contracts, but they are not earning any material revenue from China as yet which the CV-19 second wave can diminish. The SP is largely pricing in speculation about growth potential in the coming 1-2 years, not cash earnings right now as we don't know what those are.
PET has taken a big hit to revenues so it makes sense their SP will take a dive. EVS are not in such a revenue-earning phase so it may slow things, but will not be anywhere near as detrimental as it has been for PET.
