The announcement doesn’t specifically clarify whether it is a ‘finders/introducer’ relationship (which would be great) or something more akin to a JV with its well documented issues in that jurisdiction.
More details around the protection of the IP would be ideal.
Like some here I’m a little torn; but hey it is China it could
definitely be transformative if everything is done above board.
