With all due respect, all it requires is the national legislature to loose patience with the local council and a slight amendment to the ability to veto, rather removing that ability for projects have passed all regulatory hurdles. Will that happen in the March review, I have no clue. Is it more likely to be motivation to make that happen soon with the Swedish economy in recession? I suspect so. We will find out what the initial perspectives are in March. Removal of the national ban would be great, adjustments to the ability of a local council to veto a nationally approved project in March would be a bonus.
