My take-away here:
Signing of mining convention - very positive; who would waste time unless this needed to be formalised.
US$ 500-800k preferential dividend - "baksheesh"....if you know you know.
Agreed pathway to a 20% ownership - so as an ASX listed entity that's the legal takeover threshold. Just saying.
Their current 15% stake can't be diluted - ie, any new share issue will dilute the rest of us by the cap raise + another 15%. Cost of doing business in Africa.
Other projects - presumably this is the Archean Greenstone gold and other mineral deposits on the AEE tenements. Hopefully this also means Reeve has been quietly put out to pasture.
On the Haggan thing, word has it that the local communities are still opposed to Uranium mining so no matter a State legislation change, there will need to be considerable consultation and persuasion required before this becomes a reality, if ever.
