RMS has locked up around 40% I think. Management support.
Obviously nothing to stop someone else jumping in but they'll need to pay more than RMS. Given SPR would likely mean more to RMS than another miner I think the likely scenario in a bidding war would be RMS has to pay more and still comes out on top. So perhaps any other suitor would realise it's a futile scenario?
