Punters have to remember the landscape changed radically last week and the same deal based on last Mondays (10/3) close (yes 5 trading days ago) would have had completely different optics:
RMS Closing SP $2.79
SPR Closing SP $1.51
0.6957 x $2.79 + 0.25 = $2.191 per SPR share
Premium on $1.51 = 45.1%
Both RMS & SPR punters have taken a 'pseudo' hit but what has really changed in the last week? ...... umm ..... except for the gold price being higher. And Zeppie stated what most already knew about Mt Magnet.
Lets look of the bright side ..... last week we had a herd of horses and an infantry battalion of Spartan warriors ...... now we have cavalry battalion. 1+1=3
