Hi albatross no one knows what the SP of either company will be at the time of settlement, and nor can anyone be sure ... what the RMS SP will be post merger. But what an increased offer would do is increase the % of the merged entity held by former SPR shareholders after the merger ... that is definition of a better offer imho.
