I guess the way I'm looking at it, the risk factor will again be a huge step in value for SPR IF they get it right, which I do have absolute faith in this group to do. We play this game knowing full well that risk is what will eventually make us the life changing money, as we both saw with GCY/SPR, Im sure like me, you took your fill of .10 shares, which was a massive risk and the reason the likes of RMS didn't touch us at the time and the reason we have both made some great $$$ over the last few years. Maybe my risk threshold is bigger than yours at this stage in my life. (shouldn't be lol)
Im not a numbers person like you, but id love to see some more financial examples of what could be if the 2 companies are together or apart for the next 5-10 years, because the way I see it, the next 5 years FROM 2027 will have SPR making more FCF than RMS as seperate entities.
I agree having that sort of cash behind us and much sooner than what it would take SPR to to accumulate the same amount as a combined group will again definitely be a huge advantage., I am happy to wait those extra couple of years though and be in full control of our destiny, and not be diluted out of our ownership of such a great mine.
Its not really the premium, that is my biggest focus either, other than the fact I believe we are giving it away, but I was really hoping we would go it alone, but if it has to go to a combined group, give SPR the chance to own more of it than RMS and this is why I will vote NO.
