All, IMHO this deal is the best for all investors (current SPR holders, current RMS holders and future investors). The combined will have quite big MRE high grade gold, plus the potential in the ground for next 20 years are huge...if I focus what now currently at their hands, the combined company will produce 500K and I just take 3000AUD Net profit/ounce, this gives the NET PROFIT after all costs = 500k *3000 = 1,5 Billion AUD, say 80 cents EPS.. The potential SP grow is 80 cent * 10 = $8, let us say 80 cent x 8 = $6.4... The merged company Mcap easily to be 8 to 10 Billion AUD, and that is not too far away. Personally, I am very happy to buy more and hold forever for divies as well as the SP, and I personally think RMS will be the one like NST.. Not financial advice, and my opinion only.
