Even the independent expert they have to engage to produce a report will be hamstrung by not being able to answer the "compared to what" question properly, which would have required at least a PFS for a stand alone Dalgaranga development. How can anyone possibly evaluate the merged option without a proper study of the go it alone option, which as I have said we were promised and indirectly paid for.
I don't blame SL exactly ... hard to fathom that the board and large holders were willing to make decisions without the information required to properly evaluate alternatives.
