To be fair the premium is in the 750m shares being issued by RMS rather than the arbitrary dollar amount. Just a week ago when RMS traded at $2.77 the same 750m shares were worth $1.92 + the $0.25 in cash or $2.17, valuing SPR roughly @ $2.85b equiv fully diluted. The only reason why we aren't being afforded the instant gratification for a 50% premium is because it wouldn't have been palatable to RMS shareholders, which is why they released the poo poo report.
