I believe the number of RMS shares you will get is not changed.... assuming the SOA goes through you are exposed to the value of RMS shares. Eg if gold price continues to shine both should rise almost in lockstep (except for the cash component and the market factoring a small degree of uncertainty that the deal does not go ahead). Have a good read through the announcement and that should clarify for you.
