I'm getting deja vu ....... been watching SPR sp being managed for the last 3-4 months ...... now maybe RMS+SPR?
Anybody else now getting the vibe that what happened to RMS last week, and our low premium, is just the platform for stage 2? ..... A third party coming in over the top (with another kicker for SPR .... and RMS ....) with the deal date after, and contingent upon the success of, the RMS-SPR hookup? ..... With the third party already part of the backroom discussions that have been happening in the past few months? It would certainly improve the chances of a 'Yes' vote.
Maybe I should stop overthinking shite and go and put the kettle on.
