You lot are totally overlooking the massive cash flow RMS have coming over the next 5 qtrs. It's not a perfect world. As Joel stated shareholders of both parties have grievances, but we need to get this deal over the line ASAP because the combined entity will be a powerhouse, especially after they merge with VAU.
Once that occurs I can see easily a $15B market cap.
