Correct me if I'm wrong, but the cash component of the offer is basically the cash held by SPR at the moment. So essentially giving SPR holders the cash already in our bank.
Given the deal timeline I think there is plenty of time to be informed of drill results performance for SPR and production performance from RMS for next qtr. I think these will drive perceptions of value.
In terms of other suitors that may play here...maybe Evolution or Vault. Thoughts on where alternative value driver may come from?
I see this as the first shot with more to come.
