That notion … of a big ‘fish’ from overseas coming in to swallow both companies was initially flagged by Simon in a Kristie Batten interview in the USA last year.
The interview was before Simon’s presentation in Colorado …. Does anyone have a link please as, in the light of hindsight, I’d like to revisit exactly what he said.
