No to this but it'll happen anyway. If the scheme doesn't go through the secondary off market takeover will see RMS get 50% and control anyway. Shitty deal. SPR holders actually get diluted out of the Dalgaranga assets because of the ratio made up with the cash sweetener. Worse than I could have thought. RMS holders will be celebrating.
