Once again I am dumbfounded at the overall sentiment to this deal. Not even 2 weeks ago SPR's share price was in the $1.30's and going nowhere, FF to today and you're already at a substantial premium and bemoaning about it and wanting more.
Look at it from RMS shareholders perspective. Ya think they aren't peeved?
Last Monday the share price of RMS was in the $2.80's until MZ threw out a suspicious announcement that hammered the share price. I say suspicious becasue at the time I stated that a deal was coming at more equal terms. Read into that however you want.
The only reason that SPR's ahre price is where it is today is because of this deal
