    I had a look at the legals from Freehills that formed part of the announcement. Even allowing for the fact that they were working off a precedent, and even allowing that the associates were probably working over the weekend, it would have taken some time to draft and settle. So the deal has been in the offing for some time.

    So who knows? All I can say is that its a big club, lads, and we're not in it.
