just to add a couple more things to that list SOI far to large ,crap management ,crap sector ie small oil/gas companies ,checked history, questionable company structure, market hates it always has and the market cap at 55 mil is already top heavy = all amounts of polishing won't help this t--d , so that being said ask yourselves WHY are you here = beats me !
