Thanks for the analysis @danpech much appreciated. For BRK to be able to fully fund the development with cash in the current environment is a fantastic achievement. As you stated, debt can be used to accelerate the whole process if the price of oil spikes and this becomes a favourable path. We are sitting on a billion dollars worth of oil (give or take) and have only just scratched the surface. I’m excited to see where this takes us over the next 12 to 24 months!
