Hi Folks,
after the first frustration I am a bit more confident now. Yesterday's trading ist remarkable. I mean, 15% plus (up to 25% intraday) after the anouncement of the traditional "let's destroy momentum and smash shareprice" -CR by the management, it's a reaction that we have never seen in the history of this company! That really shows significant interest to be holder of ARU shares.
And like someone said (I think it was dangar), it makes no sense to buy in at 11.5 cents in order to get add. 35% for 8.5 cents which is an average of 10.7 cents per share, if you intend to sell at 10 cents or below. So, the buyers really want to be in -and hold.
Of course, the dilution is massive and will affect our run towards 20 cents and above in some way but it won't stop it.
Btw, if the participation is high, talaxis won't get their 8%. What will they do in this case? Buy in the market?
